Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hi,
Your friends Xray has shown ?right apical infiltrates. It needs to be confirmed on ALV or apico lordotic view which focuses on the lung apices. The most common cause of such infiltrates if present is TB. Further investigations in the form of sputum examination, HRCT scan thorax and bronchoscopy may be required to confirm the diagnosis. Your friend needs to get evaluated by a Pulmonologist in detail.
