Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
Cough since 3 weeks with normal activity and no fever, 3.5 year old. Keep cleaning his nose clearly, do salt water gargle(Concentrated water), steam inhalation and syp with paracetamol. Now chesty. If there is sputum from chest (sputum with lot of air bubbles in it)/ wheezing or crepitation then stop zirtek as this will make secrection dry in lungs. Consult your doctor for examination (chest or ENT) and management. Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries. Wish you good health. Take care.
these are allergies and antibiotics have less role give anti allergic montelucast 4 mg bd for 3 week cpm+codeine combination syp 1/2 tsf night bronchodilator syp bd antacid el bd 3 wk course but hre you apply milk theory as child need milk only breast for 2 years and nothing after that as milk is animal protein and it is not competible with human as we add milk in diet child gets allergies of various types if you withdraw milk and diary completely your child will recover in few wk
