Chewing Tobacco.Having Dry Cough, Dry Bottom Lip. What Could This Be?

Hello! I have just begun chewing tobacco. I know this is not good for my health, but I still sometimes choose to do it anyway. I have only done one dip a day at most for about 3 weeks and I use the grizzly pouches. Now sometimes my mouth felt a little pruned after.. But now I have more of a bumpy or a little dry/rough texture. More rough than dry, and it's only on the inside of my bottom lip. What is this? Is it normal? Is it signs of cancer? And how can I fix it? There is no pain, just the texture.

Also, is it extremely likely that someone will get cancer from chewing tobacco for one year?
