Child. Frequent Cold And Cough. Diagnosed With LRTI With Wheezing. No Much Relief With Levolin Syrup And Rid-ar Kid Syrup. Suggest
My daughter is 2 yrs and 3 months old. She suffers from cold and cough frequently. She has very allergic to dusts. She was diagnosed with LRTI with wheeze on 4th February and was admitted to hospital where she recovered. But every after 15-20 days, she gets cold and cough. The doctor has now prescribed levolin syrup and Rid-Ar Kid syrup which she has been taking for 15 days. But again she is suffering from running nose and cough. The doctor has advised to continue the above two syrups. What do you suggest?

Child. Frequent Cold And Cough. Diagnosed With LRTI With Wheezing. No Much Relief With Levolin Syrup And Rid-ar Kid Syrup. Suggest
Hi, Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic. Frequent cold and cough is common in children below the age of 6 years. Continue the medication as advise by your pediatrician. Avoid exposure of the child to dust, smoke, pollution, fumes, and sprays. Avoid exposure of the child to crowds, and people with cold and cough. Still cold and cough persist, consult the doctor again for reevaluation and treatment. Hope I have answered your query. Regards.
