Child. Overeating And Runny And Extremely Smelly Stools. Advice
My son is 2 years old and i noticed yesterday he went off eating (which is not usual) and then this morning he has done the same but has eaten less, just half hour ago he said i need to do a poo and ran to the toilet but he did it in his undies before reaching the toilet, i noticed it was very runny and extremely smelly. waht should i do and is there anything i can give him to make him better ?

you should give him extra fluid and ORS ,
monitor his hydration status
if there is any blood or fever or child starts vomit every thing then immediately visit you doctor
nappy rash can be treated with zinc containing ointments
change his diaper after every loose stool
how nuch urine he is passing
