Child. Severe Cold, Cough And Fever For 2 Weeks. On Crocin DS, Cherricoff Syrup And Nebulisation. Can Dr. Reddy's Clamp Forte Kids Be Given?

My son is down with severe cold cough n fever 99 to 101 since 14 days.my doctor refuses to give him an antibiotic and has prescribed Cronin DS and cherricoff cough syrup and nebulisation with level in 0.63 mg.My son is 2 yrs 8 months.i want to give him dr.reddy's clamp forte kids. Shall I go ahead ? Wt shd be the dose and for how many days?

I hope you are doing good , i can understand your concern. Maybe your doctor didn't felt the use of antibiotics so he did not prescribed.
In clinical practice we give medicine according to the weight , you forgot to mention has weight. So kindly give the dose according to has Weight.

Oral
Upper and lower respiratory tract infections
Child dose: 125-250 mg every 8 hours. Children weighing
