Child Developed Reddish Lines, Marks Under Chin. Gave Muesli For Breakfast. Suggestions?

Hi there, my 6 month old daughter has developed redish lines and red marks and little red spots under her chin , they appeared yesterday. I gave get cow & gate baby s first muesli for breakfast and potato with 3 ts of water mixed in, she really enjoyed both meals but wondering if it could be the muesli? What can I do about it? And is there anything I can put on it? Many thanks

Hi madam ... are you giving cow's milk for the first time..R u breast feeding now...My suggestion is try one new food a day for newborns when u r in the starting phase of weaning.Dont worry about the rash.You can apply baby lotion.Dont try muesli again for few weeks
