Hi Riza,
Thank you for your query,
Is there any swelling or tenderness of left leg?
Children can not walk if there is any pain in the limbs. The pain may me due to growing pains which is common in children and during nights.
ESR is a nonspecific test and a value of 14 is usually doesn't suggestive of anything. It may be mildly elevated in mild anemia, and very high ESR is suggestive of the need for evaluation for any chronic inflammatory or chronic infectious diseases.
Consult your Pediatrician for the examination of his limb and for the management.
Hope i have answered your query.
