Child Gets Severe Headache On The Right Of Forehead Since Fall. Cause?

My son is 7 , he fall over the ground while he was playing foot ball three years ago since then he gets sever head ace on his right side of the forehead at least twice every week , NHS doctors said no need for MRI because no vomiting , no blaring, no confusing and the pain does not wake him up at night. Why does he had this sharp pain ? and shall I go for private MRI?

head injury that to 3 years before,, rules out maximam possibility of shock injuries to brain,, at that time of impact, it wont stay dormant for such a long period without any symptoms
head ache are common nowadays in lot of childrens
causes may be

1 Stress
2 Depression
3Anxiety
4Bad posture
5Staying in one position for a long time
6studying awkward position for a long time
7Clenching one's jaw
8 developing short or long vision[myopic/hypermetropic]
check out for the cause
