Child Getting Cold Often, Runny Nose, Nose Bleeding. Is It Normal?

Hi doctors.I would like to ask because i have my nephew 4yrs old everytime he will get a common colds and runny nose he will always have this episode of nose bleeding,very scary! We already consulted to a doctor and said its ok normal.Is it really normal?thank you

Yes this is nothing to worry about. Sometimes when children get running nose they tend to pick the nose which causes nose bleeding. As long it is not repeated episodes I will wait and see. So there is nothing to worry about.
