i Have a Common cold and like norman i get a Runny nose. i blow into tissue i got a nose bleed and some time when i sneeze it starts again they don t last long

hi . get an ENT specialist check . the inner area of your nose especially at the tip is called the littles area . it get dry and the small arteries get eroded especially when you sneeze or clear the nose . dont blow the nose hard . try using petrolleum jelly thice a day . take anti allergics and consult the ENT specialist . good luck
