Child Had Head Injury, Pain, Forehead Bruise, Appetite Loss, Fever. Related Symptoms?

Hi, My two years 4 months baby rolling down from stairs 2 days ago . He did cry a while then complain his head was painful. However, he seems to be ok and only have little bruise at his forehead . He is still very active. Just a bit lost appitite since yesterday afternoon when we just discovered he was hving fever . The highest rrading i had for his fever is 38.5℃. He refused to take paracetamol as he hate to take medicine. This morning the temperature is between 38-38.5°C. Is the fever related?

head injuries generally should not be ignored. reason: as inside the skull lies the most important organ.
fever in your case can be co incidental.
but again as I said a physical examination of your baby would be much appreciated.
you said baby is not feeding well. is it associate with any sort of nausea as well?
kindly revert. and do see the GP for physical examination.
