Child Has Bumps On Head After Hitting Couch. Should I Take Her To Doctor?

My 4 year old daughter had 2 bumps on the top part of the head when she was trying to get something inside the couch and suddenly the couch closes hitting her head. She was really crying hard. I put an ice pack and she stopped crying. I am scared she might have internal bleeding after the incident. Should I bring her to her pediatrician?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
The injury was blunt and indirect way.
As child was in leaning position and bus stop suddenly so it was her own force so need not to consult a doctor , in my opinion ice pack and 2- 3 days rest is sufficient.
If some pain is there 1-2 pain killer is enough.
Good luck.
