Child Has Chronic Constipation, Taking Movicol Regularly. Stomach Bloating, Low Grade Fever, Excessive Salivation

Hello We have a 2 and half year old who has chronic constipation and is on regular movicol, she is very active and well ahead with milestones. She has stomach bloating and has been off food lately since 2 days.She has been having low grade temp as well.We have noticed excessive salivation as well.What could be the reason.Awaiting an answer

Excessive salivation with low grade fever irritability all indicates teething

problem. Please inspect the gum it will appear red. Please give the child

extra fluid for hydration and Paracetamol syrup for discomfort. Please contact me if
