Child Has Cold And Cough. Given Asthalin, Mucolite, Sinarest And Tedykoff. What Is Correct Medicine?
Hello Doctor
My daughter is one-year and 3 months old. She has cold and slightly coughs sometimes. I have given her 1.5 ml of Asthalin Expectorant and Tedykoff 1.5 ml in the morning. I have medicines like Mucolite, Sinarest, P125 (for fever) and the above mentioned two. But i am totally confused what is the correct medicine and what for it should be given. Can you explain?
Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. In my opinion child have allergic rhinitis . There develops running nose, watery eyes, mild itching in eyes. Need not to worry as these type of symptoms are very common in children. Simple bronchodilator is sufficient. Usually antibiotics not required. Good luck. Dr. HET
