Child Has Colorless, Raised Bumps On Underside Of Scrotum, Itching. Concerned

My son is 4 years old and has these colorless, raised bumps on the underside of his scrotum, and some of them inside his leg. Some are in the form of a pimple, but they only JUST started itching , recently. I do not know what they are, for sure, but I'm concerned, nonetheless. Sometimes they bother him, physically, other times you would have forgotten he ever had them.

Thanks for the question to health care magic. Colourless bumps usually not a problem ones and subsides on their own but if it is spreading to thighs and associated with itching better to consult a paediatrician who may suggest ointment for faster healing.
