hello there,
the complaints of lethargy, easy fatiguability, loss of appetite, weakness may be due to anemia (low hemoglobin) or some other nutritional deficiencies. sometimes it may also lead to fainting attacks if severe of after tiredness.
you should get him examined by your pediatrician to evaluate him for this.
some simple blood tests like complete blood count (CBC), peripheral smear comment will be required to come to diagnosis. and then may be he needs some medicines to be prescribed by your doctor.
meanwhile you should give him healthy balanced diet to improve his nutrition. this will also help in speedy recovery of the fracture of the arm he has had recently.
