Child Has Eating Problems, Addicted To Junk Food And Certain Fruits, Low Appetite. Cause And Remedy?
my 5 year old son has had eating problems for around 4 years with typical foods, he'd only eat chips, cucumber, certain fruits no meat. 3 months ago he started to try different foods we was made up but then noticed his sibling 2 years old wasnt eating, turned out he was loading his dinners on hers. now caught i sat with him so he'd eat but instead he threw up at the sight of it. am back to square one why is he doing this?
A child who is offered junk food will not take good diet that is offered.
Children should be taught of good eating habits by setting a example.
The whole family should sit together and eat and then parents should consume the right things. They should explain and discuss in front of the child how good eating a particular vegetable is.
A child should not be forced to eat a particular food. If a child refuses a particular food he should be offered that particular food at a later date and should not be insisted and forced to eat it immediately. Such forcing will result in feeding problems.
Slowly by example they should be trained to eat the right things and develop taste for them.
