Child Has Enlarged Axillary Lymph Node. Nodular Lesion Beside Site Of Vaccine. What To Do?

Hi I am a chest physician and sorroly I have to deal with peditric age group. A 6 months age child had BCG at age of 40 ds and had axillary LN enlarged and got tttt fot that by INH + Rif for a while and the stopped on no base. Now has some nodular lesion beside the site of vaccine and no definite systemic symptom, I am asking what to do with that lesion?

BCG adenitis is an adverse reaction to BCG vaccine. no need to give ATT for this condition. it will resolve spontaneously after few months. if the swelling persists beyond 2 to 3 months excision may be needed. if abscess forms it needs aspiration.
