Child Has Fever, Vomiting, Ear Pain. Ear Infection, Flu, Rsv, Strep, Urine- Negative. What Could This Be?

I have a 3 year old that started 4 days ago with a fever after a nap of 102.3 later in the evening started to vomit - continued this till following day when vomiting stopped - fever still present complained of ear pain. Doctor visit confirmed no ear infection - flu negative - rsv negative - strep negative - urine negative what could we have going on?

The boy is most likely suffering from viral fever. please have patience and continue giving paracetamol for fever.
Also make sure he is drinking enough liquids.
If fever persists beyond 7 days please revisit doctor for re-evaluation.
