Child Has Frequent Nose Bleeds, Leg Pains, Fatigue. Growing Pains Or Problem? Suggestions

My three year old son is getting frequent nose bleeds, leg pains and more fatigue than usual. My first thought is he is going through some growing pains....? Which may explain the fatigue and leg pains at night. In regards to the nose bleed maybe a thin mucus membrane from what his doctor told us a year ago. However, I am wondering if they could all be symptoms of something else...? If you have any information regarding this that would be a blessing. Thank you for your time and Happy Mothers Day to all those Mothers out there

Hi
frequent nose bleeds, leg pains and fatigue could be treated isolated that is nose bleed associated to leg pain and fatigue where we can think is probable a combination of disorder to be the origin. Where as on the other site we could also think of on disoder to the cause of the symptoms

Nose bleeds and leg pain with fatique could march with an abnormal clotting problem an will need to carry out a coagulation screening test (bleeding time, APTT, PT Platelet count) together with complete blood count for anemia

Thanks
