Child Has Green Vomit White Feeding Milk, Has Cold, Runny Nose And Fever. Why Is The Vomit Green In Colour?

Hi, My 2 and 1/2 year daughter did a green colour vomit when I try to give her milk in the morning after she wake up. From past one week to 10 days, she is having cold , runny nose and fever was there till 4 days ago. Please suggest that why she did a green coloured vomit on a empty stomach.

as a rule green color vomotus is a ominous sign, it means bile stain .but u not describe any feature of obstruction,feature of sepsis,if baby is okay no tension al all it may be just a matter of chance.but u must be watchfull.
