Child Has Headache, Nausea, Light Sensitivity. Acne Near Eye, Hurts To Touch. Worried
I am 14 years old and I have never had acne before. I was a little sick: headache, throwing up, lights too bright. No temperature though. As I was sick, I developed acne around my eye/right under my eyebrow, down my nose-cartilage, to the nostril. Then it stopped. It feels like its not normal acne. It hurts to the touch and I don't know what it is. My mom said it might be shingles. I just would like to know what it is/ how to treat it. Please. I'm very scared.
Hi, You are 14 years , you got head ache, throwing up, sensitive to light, followed by acne like infection from eye brows to the nose bridge, and nostril. It appears to be cellulitis, due to some bacterial infection, I advise you to consult a dermatologist, for treatment. I prefer to give combination of ofloxacin and ornidazole, with pain killers to my patients, in this condition. Thank you.
