Child Has Infection In Mouth From Small Tongue To Throat, Prescribed Ibugesic Plus. Cure ?

hello doctor,
my daughter 3 years and 8 months is suffering from infection in the mouth from small tounge to throat. small mouth ulsers type bubbles are formed and also having fever. our doctor has prescribed ibugesic plus. i'm putting that since 2days. He has asked me to stop today. how it helps curing throat infection. she is not able to swallow and has lot of throat pain.

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic
looks like acute pharyngitis, may be bacerial or viral
he needs an antibiotic even if it is viral to prevent secondary infection
give amoxycillin+clavulanate(200+28.5mg) syrup 5ml twice daily
paracetamol 15mg/kg about 3-4 times daily
give cold fluids or semisolid preparations which are easy to swallow
