Child Has Pain In Left Side, Arm Pain, Stomach Pain. Cause?

My daughter complained of pain on her left side and down into her arm and hand today at school and the school took temps ranging from 105-103 degrees. Now she is home (only an hour later) and her stomach pain is much better and her temp is normal too. What could have caused this? She is 6 years old and has been complaining of stomach pain off and on for about two weeks. The doctor treated her with Miralax for constipation about a week ago which seemed to help a little but not completely with the stomach pain.

Hi ,
Thank you for your query.
Your child is suffering from gastritis.It is irritating the diaphragm.This is also the cause of her pain in the left side.
Give her some antiacid medications daily for 10 days.If she has pain give her antacid liquid.
Avoid hot,spicy food and fruits.
