Child Has Painful, Swollen Gland In Clavicle Area, Pimple On Shoulder. Infection?

My 4 year old son has been complaining of pain on the left side of his neck for the past day or so. During his shower tonight, he complained it hurt when he lifted his left arm. I took a look and he has a swollen gland in his clavicle area. I must note that he also has a large pimple on his shoulder so I am wondering if it is an infection or something more serious. I plan to take him to the doctor tomorrow.

syp oflox 100 mgm 1 tsf bd
sy allegra 30 mgm 1 tsf dd
syp meftal sos for pain
apply clidamycin gel over the pimple
do for 7 - 10 days
