Child Has Pediatric Cataract Syndrome. Has One Pupil Larger Than Other. Need For Concern

My 5 year old granddaughter has a condition Pediatric Cataract Syndrome. Recently she has surgery again to tighten mustles in one eye. Cataracts removed before age two. We have just noticed that one pupil is large and the other small./ Since there was a surgery about 6 weeks ago should we be concerned at this new development. She does wear contacts to be able to see.
