Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for your query,
I think your daughter might have developed infection of the external ear or middles ear due to which there is continuous pus discharge and secondary infected skin lesions in external ear.
As the problem is recurrent the pus should be sent for culture and sensitivity to know the causative bacteria and its sensitivity to know the best antibiotic to treat the infection.
And consult an ENT surgeon for the examination of the status of tympanic membrane and the middle ear to look for any perforation and any granulomatous tissue.
Avoid water going inside the ears during taking bathe.
Hope I have answered your query.
I find this answer helpful
