Child Has Rash On Belly, Recurring Bumps. What Could It Be?

My 21 month old daughter has a rash (four pimple like red marks) on her belly that is in a straight line. It appeared a month ago looking like a scratch in the beginning. It ended up with the four bumps, disappeared after a week. Then reappeared a week later. Its been on her belly for a week and half now. What could it be?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

It is very difficult to give a reason for the rash without having a look at them. Nevertheless I can suggest some options which need to be looked into:
1. Insect bites as they are recurring.
2. Scratch which may have got infected. Ensure the nails are trimmed.

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.

Wishing your daughter all the best.

Regards,

RKK
