Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

Blister lesions usually seen in some skin conditions like impetigo, pemphigus, and epidermal lytic lesions.

Clinical examination is needed to diagnose the skin conditions.

Some times an insect bite also leads to blisters.

Consult the dermatologist for physical examination and for the management of skin lesions.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.

Pediatrician Dr. Emmette Clark's  Response
This is more likely impetigo, a staph infection, and needs to be treated with an antibiotic. I would contact his doctor again and ask for a prescription as I think it is more than just an innocent rash caused by swimming.
