Hi, You live in the area of mosquitoes, fleas, worms, dust. It is not clear that how she is effected, what is the happening. as i understood, there are rashes on the body, itching, and boils. For that i prescribe cephalexin, orally, and permethrine for local application. So i advise you to consult a dermatologist for treatment. Thank you.
