Namasthe Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day Yes removal of tonsila nd adenoids will definitely help in documented cases of sleep apnea, so go ahead. Removal of adenoid which is a lymphoidal tissue in Nasopharynx will dfinitely ease the nasal block. Take care regards
