Child Has Stomach Pain, Cold, Dizziness, Limb Numbness, Blurred Vision, Chest Tightening. Is It Due To Virus?

My 8 year old daughter has complained of stomach pain for one week. She started with a head cold, and we thought the stomach pain was the same virus, just moving south. We took her to the doctor and her strep test on her cold was negative. Bowel movements have been ok and regular.
Today, she was having dizziness, some blurred vision after blinking, chest tightening, hands and legs numb for about a minute, very sleepy, not eating as much as normal. Stomach pain is not related to eating, and comes and goes throughout the day. Worse in the morning, but gets less during the day. Don't know if all of this is still all virus in nature, or if we should take her in for a further workup.

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. In my opinion she must be having worm infestation which is causing pain in her. I suggest you to take her to further workup so that she can be evaluated and if it is worm infestation then they may prescribe albendazole syrup for her . Thank you.
