Child Has Stomach Pains, Diarrhea And Vomiting, Red Bumps On Tongue. Kawasaki Syndrome?

My daughter is 6. She has been complaining of a stomach pains every great once in a while. She has diaherra and vomitted last night but only a few times at once not all night or during the day. She has red bumps on her tongue . No fever . Her activity level is normal. She jumps and acts as nothing is wrong during the day. Just at night and in the morning has she had diaherra and the vomitting last night. Could this be a Kawasaki syndrome or just a virus?

Kawasaki disease is a rare disease in children, characterized by the following:
sudden onset of fever > 39 ° C of 5 days or more
Reddening of both eyes (non exudative conjunctivitis)
Characteristic rash over skin
dryness, redness and cracking of the lips
erythema of the oral cavity
cervical lymphadenopathy > 1.5 cm
erythema of palms and soles associated with pruritis
desquamation (loss of skin) of fingertips (a characteristic)
tender mass in right hypochondrium

But there can lot of variations with incomplete or absence of some clinical manifestations. Physical examination by a qualified doctor is necesaary to suspect this rare syndrome.
