Child Has Swollen Gums, Vomiting , Yellow Stools

Hi, My baby is almost 13 months old. Swollen guns and general unhappiness indicate teething Is occurring. We also get periods of a very happy content baby. Whole milk was introduced just prior to 12 months and he takes the fine. For the last week we have had the a vomit once daily, normally first thing in the morning. It is generally quite thick and white and I m assuming it burns as it comes up. We also have yellow stools .

Thanks for your question, Probable cause of the vomiting is acidity, you can avoid cow milk in empty stomach and can offer frequent small meal. For one week you can give her Lanzol jr 15 mg dispersible tablet once a day in the morning.
