Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Nebulizer , levosalbutamol, pulmoclear budecort ( steroid) all are most potent and still you are using sometimes.
As your daughter is so little and has developed allergic asthmatic bronchitis.
When she will attain age 13-14 years , spontaneously she will be alright due to secondary sex characters, so need not to worry.
Avoid dust, mite , pollen, fumes, fine dusting powder, smokes, sudden fall & rise of temperature, cold breeze.
In this type of situation I usually prescribe a combination of Monteleukast+ bambuterol and this is very much effective and children get relief within one hour.
Other good things for your daughter is coffee ( hot), steam inhalation.
Hope I have answered your question.
Counselling of children is very important in this type of cases as this is a disease with trouble ,but not dangerous at all ,if precaution taken. GOOD LUCK.
