Child Have Plenty Of Pus Cells In The Stools
my 4 months baby boy has plenty pus cell in stool. His stool is pasty and green from 9/10 days. He is on breast feed only but 15 days ago i feed him with formula milk (biomil) for 2 days by 2 times. What is the problem to him and what can i do for him?

Presence of pus in stool is suggestive of infection.
I advise you to give oral probiotic, ORS, oral zinc with the advise of doctor.
Stool to be given for routine and culture tests to look and confirm the type of infection after consulting the doctor.
Continue giving exclusive breast feeds frequently.
