Child Have Runny Nose, Sneezing And Headache. Took Claritin And Zyrtec. What To Do?
My son started feeling sick yesterday. He had a runny, stuff nose, sneezing, headache and fatigue. He was sneezing up large amounts of white mucous. He had a fine slightly swollen, red rash across the bridge of his nose extending onto the cheeks. Today it appears more inflamed with multiple small, white bumps and it under the eyebrows. He has a few scattered bumps across the fromt of his neck. He sounds and looks like he has a stuffy nose. He took Claritin yesterday and Zyrtec today. He is 12 years old.
Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. Thanks for calling H.C.M.Forum. Your son started feeling sick yesterday, had runny nose, stuff nose, sneezing, headache and fatigue, red rash from the bridge of the nose onto the cheeks. increased to white bumps under the eye brows. It appears to be a viral infection of chicken pox variety. these are usually self limiting and be cured by their own. Still it is better to consult a doctor for diagnosis and treatment . these days to prevent secondary infection doctors are giving medicines, to get quick recovery. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. best regards.
