Child Having Conjuctivitis, On Antibiotic Drops, High Cylindrical Power
my child is five and half he had conjuctivitis and is on antibiotic drops for same also the doctor checked his power and said he has high cylindrical power of -3 computerised and told to come and check ones his drops are over after a week. Can the number be because he is on antibiotic drops and is still recovering from conjectivitis i am worried.

Cylindrical power is not because of conjunctivitis. It is a incidental finding by the your learned ophthalmic surgeon. His opinion should be respected. and correction of this type of deviation is must for your child.
