Child Having Continuous Fever, Normal Blood Tests. What Could Be The Causes?
My Son, Master Donald Sagolsem, 4 yrs is in fever from 28th July,2012. All related blood test done with result of normal in all tests. Prescribed Zone(xp) by 750mg in Mor/ 500 in Evening ( continuing up to 10 Aug.) and Azithral 200 by 7.50ml in a day. ( continuing up to 11 Aug.). Fever is normal 7 Aug. My request is that , what are the plans which I have to to be taken for detecting the infected area?

The detection is aided by doing appropriate investigations like CBP, malarial parasite,widal test, blood culture, CUE, urine culture and collagen profile.
Depending on history, fever pattern and physical examination your doctor will plan the investigations to detect the source and the cause of infection and plan empirical and the definitive treatment.
