Child Having Continuous High Fever, Puffy And Bloodshot Eyes With Goop In The Corners. Emergency?

My 5 year old daughter has had a fever since wednesday afternoon. Ranging from over 101 to as high as 103.8. Her left eyes seems a little poofy, a little bloodshot, and today has goop in the corner of her eye. Only today she started to sound a little stuffed up. Should I take her to urgent care? Or can I wait this out till at least Monday to see her regular doctor?

Pediatrician 's  Response
It does seem to be a case of seasonal Viral flu. You just need to give her round-the-clock anti-pyretics along with increasing fluid intake. It should go away in a day or two. Good luck.
