Hi
This fever is looking like Viral illness as the fever was high grade with swollen face and lips and peeling of lips. But as the fever is more than 2 weeks evaluation whould be done with basic investigationl like CBP,CUE,Malarial parasite,Widal test,ESR,Viral serology like Dengue serology and Coagulation profile as there is bleeding. So consult your Pediatrician for further investigation and management accordingly.
Hi.
Thanks for your query
since your child is having fever for more than 2 weeks.symptoms are suggestive of viral infection but i will advise you to get him properly evaluated by a pediatrician.in the meantime give him plenty of fluids, fruit juices, light diet like khichdi. milk,
hello karuna , your bab might have viral infection , so go for blood test and use ibufren with paracetamol combination for fever and cefixime 100 mg twice a day for 5 days. first should go for blood test.
