Child Having Major Temper Tantrums, Tried Many Disciplinary Tactics, No Help. Solution?

Hi. I have a daughter who will be turning 7 next month. She has been having major temper tantrums. She hits and kicks. She throws furniture. She says horrible things, including asking us if we want her to kill herself. We have tried many disciplinary tactics. Reward systems, calm breathing etc. She will not do time outs (being sent to her room) to calm herself down. We don't know what to do.
