Hi i think it is seborrhic dermatitis.i t is most common in infants from 3 weeks to 30 weeks.it is mainly due to dry skin.it can be treated by application of moisteriser twice daily and application of hydrocortisone in the morning and candid b ointment in the night.use atarax drops if there is irritation.see for infection over the scalp .use spoo shampoo twice a week to rule out it
