Hello,
thanks for using health care magic

From all indication, it appears your daughter is suffering from
an infection that is causing her the fever.

There are two possible causes, a gastro-intestinal tract infection
or an infection of the E.N.T sphere. Whatever the case, you need
to take your daughter to the ER for detail examination, lab tests
and for better management. Tests such as stool, full blood count,
blood smear for malaria and hemoculture would be done.

Hope this helps you.
Best regards
