Child, Raspy Cough, Runny Nose. Taken Antibiotics, Given Asthma Pump. Suggestions?

My children have a raspy cough, runny nose. Have given cough medicine from the supermarket. Before that two of my daughter had the flu. Was given antibiotics from doctor. After finished medicine now has a cough. Then gave Her asthma pump but cough is still there. Its been more than seven days with these symptoms. Local doctor is hard to make appointment at the onset.

Is there a fee for online advice.?

thanks for your query at health care magic
i understand your concern regarding your child health
1 give plenty of water to your child that will decrease most of dry cough
2 give syrup ascoril d syrup 5 ml three times a day
3 if fever give syrup paracetamol 15 milligram per kilogram four times a day
4 nasoclear nasal drops two drops in nose if any running nose
5 if not decreasing on these medication you may have to start antibiotic once again with amoxicillin clavuronic acid 60 mg per kilogram in three ddivided dosages
