Child Suffering From Diarrhea, Vomiting And Fever. Given Ondem And Crocin. Symptoms Persisting. Further Treatment?

Hi Sir, My 8 month old son suffering due to vomiting ,intermittent loose motion and body temperature since last two days.I am given ondem(for Vomiting) syrup and crosin (Temperature) syrup 6 hourly and continuing ORS as per Dr advise.Now little betterment for vomiting but still having temperature and loose motion (Colour-yellow,watering).Requesting your advice. Warm Regards Sujith

It takes some time for diarrhea and vomiting to subside. If he is looking well feeding and active you need not worry. If fever is high it is better to show the child to the doctor as he may require other medicines. Continue to give plenty of fluids. Do not give him any new food now.
