Child Vomiting Every Day. Is There Any Problem In It?

hello doctor! please i need answer for my question, i have a 4 years old girl who is kinder nursery once she finish school and im about to pick her up shes always vomit almost everyday without any reason, is there any problem in it? do i gave to bring her to the doctor for check up? thank you please advice.

Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM,

Many reasons for such vomiting like overfeeding, food forced she may not be liking, gastritis due to lot of junk food. some anatomical reasons like regurgitation due to lax gastroesophagial junction etc
Some PPI medicine like lansoprazole may be added to her for some weeks .This usually helps in such situations.
Please consult your paed for direct observation and management.
