Hello
Thank you for placing your query on Health Care Magic
Children tend to find it difficult to localize their exact site of pain. So it is possible that your child has a urinary infection.
Urinary tract infection usually presents with fever and the child can have vomiting also. Burning during micturation and dribbling all are suggestive of infection. You should get a urine analysis and culture done. Urine analysis is available in a few hours. If it shows pus cells, then the baby should be put on antibiotics. They can be changed according to response and culture report (it takes 72 hours at least to come). Consult a pediatrician or pediatric surgeon for proper antibiotics and doses. Maintain good hygiene. Also take care while giving a sample. It should be a clean mid stream sample, preferably taken in the morning.
Hope that helped.
God bless you
