This morning when i reach office, Suddenly i feel soon i will vomit Then quickly i went to toilet and lot water came from my mouth . The vomitting tendancy was with since last 1 year

you have symotoms of duodenal ulcer, and youcan take nexioum HP2 tds for a week and and subsequentlynexium 20-40mg daily .
Review after 3 months.
